Anup Kumar Das

Anup Kumar Das is a senior researcher in the Centre for Studies in Science Policy at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India and a UNESCO Expert in the areas of Communication and Information. He was awarded doctoral degree from the Jadavpur University, India in 2008. He has published a number of papers in different journals and presented papers in different international/ national conferences. His work includes ‘Open Access to Knowledge and Information: Scholarly Literature and Digital Library Initiatives – the South Asian Scenario’, UNESCO, New Delhi.
