Jorge Valdes-Conca

Jorge Valdés Conca has been a full time Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Organization of the University of Alicante since 2000. Previously, he has worked in the private sector as teacher in private academies, as a business administrator in a services company, and as a manager of the department of saving accounts in a bank. He holds a Degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Business Organization. His main teaching areas are Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Competency-Based Human Resource Models. Dr. Valdés’s research has been centrally focused on design and implementation processes of Competency-Based Human Resource Models in companies. He
