Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 290 pages.
Mathematical and symmetrical analysis of the structure of molecular systems of genetic code has essential meaning for the bioinformatics, biomathematics, and biotechnology...
Genetic Code: Emergence of Symmetrical Pattern, Beginnings of Matrix Genetics
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 30 pages.
This chapter is devoted to symmetrical analysis for genetic code systems. The genetic coding possesses the noise-immunity. Mathematical theories of the noise-immunity coding and...
Symmetries of the Degeneracy of the Vertebrate Mitochondrial Genetic Code in the Matrix Form
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 19 pages.
Symmetries of the degeneracy of the vertebrate mitochondrial genetic code in the mosaic matrix form of its presentation are described in this chapter. The initial black-and-white...
Biological Evolution of Dialects of the Genetic Code
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 15 pages.
This chapter demonstrates results of a comparative investigation of characteristics of degeneracy of all known dialects of the genetic code. This investigation is conducted on...
Numeric Genomatrices of Hydrogen Bonds, the Golden Section, Musical Harmony, and Aesthetic Feelings
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 26 pages.
This chapter is devoted to a consideration of the Kronecker family of the genetic matrices, but in the new numerical form of their presentation. This numeric presentation gives...
Genetic Code and Stochastic Matrices
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 24 pages.
In this chapter, we first use the Gray code representation of the genetic code C = 00, U = 10, G = 11, and A = 01 (C pairs with G, A pairs with U) to generate a sequence of...
The Genetic Code, Hadamard Matrices, Noise Immunity, and Quantum Computers
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 17 pages.
This chapter continues an analysis of the degeneracy of the vertebrate mitochondrial genetic code in the matrix form of its presentation, which possesses the symmetrical...
Genomatrices and the Genetic Octet Yin-Yang-Algebras
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 36 pages.
Algebraic properties of the genetic code are analyzed. The investigations of the genetic code on the basis of matrix approaches (“matrix genetics”) are described. The degeneracy...
The Evolution of the Genetic Code from the Viewpoint of the Genetic 8-Dimensional Yin-Yang-Algebra
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 25 pages.
The set of known dialects of the genetic code is analyzed from the viewpoint of the genetic 8-dimensional Yin-Yang-algebra. This algebra was described in Chapter 7. The octet...
Multidimensional Numbers and the Genomatrices of Hydrogen Bonds
Sergey Petoukhov, Matthew He. © 2010. 14 pages.
This chapter returns to the kind of numeric genetic matrices, which were considered in Chapter 4-6. This kind of genomatrices is not connected with the degeneracy of the genetic...
