Oswaldo Terán

Oswaldo Terán got his Systems Engineering degree and a M. Sc. in Applied Statistics at, and is a full Professor of, the University of Los Andes in Venezuela. His Ph.D was in Computational Modeling at the Centre for Policy Modeling of the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He was a Post-doctoral researcher at the University of Toulouse-1, from April 2013 to March 2014, in the Project Emotes, related with modeling morality and emotions in organizational settings. He has been directive of FUNDACITE-Merida and CENDITEL, where he has promoted (via diverse projects) free, pertinent and liberating knowledge, methodologies and technologies. His main research subjects are Social Simulation, Strategic Planning and Organizational Studies.
