| | TopDescriptionThe Advances in the Social and Political Impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ASPIICT) Book Series endeavors to publish high-quality books that cover topics relating to the effect of ICT on individuals and on society at large, concentrating on the growing connection between individuals on both the micro and macro levels and the impact of revolving ICT advancements. Publications within the series will emphasize the worldwide implementation of ICT applications and how these technologies impact individual decisions and societal progress. The objective of ASPIICT is to present research that delves into recent events concerning the adaptation of technological principles on the societal and individual level, as well as the future global effects of ICT. The ASPIICT series will provide researchers, professionals and higher education students with a coherent collection of books that deal with the most current information about the impact of information and communications technologies. The book series will assist researchers in the exchange of ideas and discussion of challenges, and will also provide the opportunity to discuss relevant research methodologies and approaches to this topic. TopMissionThe Advances in the Social and Political Impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ASPIICT) Book Series is a multi-disciplinary international book series that aims to publish high quality original research on this important topic. This series will involve books that cover topics relating to the effect of ICT on individuals and on society at large. It will concentrate on the link between people (individually and collectively) and information and communication technologies (ICT). Although applications and case studies of ICT implementations will come into this, they will only do so in relation to the effect they have on individual people and on society as a whole. Books in the series will consider what has happened in the (recent) past, how changes in technology have impacted on people, and how research suggests that society may change in the future due to the effects of this technology. To do this, articles will obviously need to discuss the technology itself, but only with a view to its effect on people.
