Mr. Nilanjan Ray is from Kolkata, India. He has obtained his M.Com (Mktg), MBA (Mktg), STC FMRM (IIT-Kgp), PhD Fellow The University of Burdwan Department of Business Administration, in Management. He has 7 years of teaching experience in BBA, MBA, BCom and 5 years research experience and guided around 40 Post Graduate students’ project. Prior to joining Royal Thimphu College, he was a of Lecturer and Asst. Professor at different reputed Management Colleges at West Bengal, N. Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Ray has contributed to 20 research papers in reputed National and International Referred, Peer Reviewed Journals and Proceedings. He has contributed 6 book Chapters and is also Editor of 2 Edited Book Volumes of IGI Global USA. Mr. Ray has presented over 25 National and International Conferences at different reputed Institutes and University like IIT-Kharagpur, IIM-Shillong, Pondicherry University, Burdwan University, IMT Gaziabad, IJAS Multidisciplinary Conference at Harvard University, USA, The IBFR Conference Lasvegas, USA etc. He has also associated himself as a reviewer of Journal of Business and Economics, Research Journal of Business and Management Accounting and Journal of Service Marketing and as an Editorial Board Member of several referred Journals. He has also chaired in a technical session at the said IJAS Conference 2012, Boston, USA. Mr. Ray is a life-member of the International Business Studies Academia. Dr. Kaushik Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Netaji Mahavidyalaya, West Bengal, India and Guest Lecturer of M.Com section of Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College, W.B., India. He has done M.Com, M.Phil (Commerce), MBA (Finance), Ph.D (Commerce). He has over 10 years of teaching experience including experience with teaching in institutions like, ICFAI, St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Seth Anandram Jaipuria College, Kolkata, etc. He is a life-member of the Indian Accounting Association, Indian Commerce Association and International Business Studies Academia. Dr Chakraborty has contributed to 30 papers in reputed professional and academic journals like Research Bulletin, The Indian Journal of Commerce, The IUP Journal of Management Research, The Management Accountant etc. His paper entitled “Work Life Balance: A Study of the Perceptions of the College Teachers in the District of North Hooghly of West Bengal” has been selected as one of the best two papers in the Technical Session II (Work Life Balance: Dilemma of Modern Society) and for presentation in Best Business Academic of the Year Award – 2011 (BBAY -2011) award competition of the 64th All India Commerce Conference held on 13 – 15th December, 2011 at Pondicherry University. He has authored two books (MATRIX Publication, Kolkata) in the area of Financial Management and one book (LAMBERT Academic Publishing, Germany) in the area of Financial Performance Analysis. His areas of interest include Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Governance, Corporate Financial Management, etc.
