Description & Coverage
Description:

There is a growing interest in developing intelligent systems that would enable users to accomplish complex tasks in a web-centric environment with relative ease utilizing such technologies. Additionally, because new multimedia technology is emerging at an unprecedented rate, tasks that were not feasible before are becoming trivial due to the opportunity to communication with anybody at any place and any time. Rapid changes in such technologies are calling for support to assist in decision-making at all managerial levels within organizations. Information Management: Support Systems & Multimedia Technology strives to address these issues and more by offering the most recent research and findings in the area to assist these managers and practitioners with their goals.
