How to Order

There are six easy ways to order IGI publications:

Ordering Online

You can place your order electronically at any time directly through the IGI Global Web site. Simply select the format of the publication you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be taken directly to your shopping cart where you can select the appropriate quantity of the publication, and then click “Check Out Now” when you are ready to pay. Not done shopping? Click “Continue Shopping” to go back to the main Web site. Return to your shopping cart by clicking “Shopping Cart” in the upper right corner of the screen when you are ready to check out.

Ordering by Telephone

To place your order by telephone, call IGI Global’s customerservice representatives at 1-717-533-8845 x100 or 1-866-342-6657 (toll free)between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Our customerservice representatives will be happy to assist anytime during these hours,except on major U.S. holidays. Have your credit card ready when you call!

Ordering by Email

You can email your order any time to IGI Global’s customer service representatives at cust@igi-global.com.

Order by Fax

You can fax your order at any time to IGI Global’s customer service representatives at 1-717-533-7115.

Order by Mail

You can mail your order to IGI Global’s customer service representatives at IGI Global , 701 E. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033-1240, USA.

Ordering through Online Retail Stores and Distribution Partners

IGI Global books are available for purchase through many popular online retail bookstores, such as Amazon.com (www.amazon.com) and Barnes and Noble.com (www.barnesandnoble.com).
