This is particularly true for information systems educators and professionals. Case studies are tremendous sources of solutions, knowledge, ideas, innovations, and lessons related to utilization and management of information systems in organizations. As a refereed, international journal, the primary mission of the Journal of Cases on Information Technology (JCIT) is to provide effective understanding, solutions, and lessons learned by organizations worldwide in the utilization and management of information systems applications, technology, and resources.
