July 11, 2016, Hershey, PA – IGI Global is pleased to partner with ProQuest to make more ebook platforms available via ProQuest's OASIS system. In the coming months, ebook platforms from such scholarly book publishers as Oxford, Wiley and IGI Global will be accessible from OASIS. Discussions regarding partnerships with other key academic publishing, including Cambridge, Taylor and Francis, World Scientific and DeGruyter, are also underway.

With more than 1.7 million titles available through multiple platforms, OASIS offers the broadest ebook database in the industry. Customers currently have the opportunity to select ebooks according to their preferences through Ebook Central, EBL, ebrary and EBSCO.

OASIS (Online Acquisitions and Selection Information System) is ProQuest’s free web-based system for searching, selecting, and ordering print and electronic books for academic libraries. Through OASIS, users not only enjoy access to the broadest title database in the industry but also benefit from powerful search, profiling, collection management and reporting tools. In addition, the company’s strategic partnership with Ingram, the world’s largest book wholesaler, enables ProQuest to provide unparalleled speed and reliability in fill rates for print books via OASIS.
