Akhouri Krishna is Professor and Head of the Department of Remote Sensing, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi. His specialisation is in Earth Resources Technology comprising Remote Sensing and Environmental Geosciences with extensive research experience and interests in Natural Hazards and Disaster Management, Natural Resources Management, Glacier and Climate Change studies.
