About Us

Alaa Amin Abdalla

Alaa Amin Abdalla is an Assistant Professor of Sustainable Development and Management (HRM) at Abu Dhabi University, UAE. She earned her Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Management (HRM) from the University of Science Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. With a distinguished career spanning 15 years, Dr. Alaa has held academic and administrative roles across four countries and leadership positions in two. She is a certified SHRM-CP professional and has been honored with several academic awards. Her research contributions are notable, with publications in prestigious journals (Q1 top 1%, Q1, Q2). Dr. Alaa also serves as a section editor, an editorial board member, Scopus conference chair, and reviewer for several esteemed international journals.
