Amy Edelstein

Amy Edelstein is the founder of Inner Strength Education, which has empowered 20,000 teens with mindfulness and systems thinking over the last eight years. She is the recipient of a Philadelphia Social Innovation award for the organization’s work in anti-violence. Amy has more than forty years’ experience with contemplative practice, is a Cornell University College Scholar, author of six books and recipient of Nautilus, IPPY and Ben Franklin book awards.
