Anabelle T. Pantaleon

Anabelle T. Pantaleon is a passionate advocate for research, nationally recognized for her contributions, including receiving the Best Research in Women and Technology award at the Research Congress. She has published and presented her work on various local and international platforms. Her leadership transcends academia—serving as Area Coordinator for Production, Chair for Extension and Business Resource Generation, and a dedicated participant in barangay and provincial outreach initiatives in Cebu, reflecting her deep belief in education as a catalyst for societal transformation. She currently serves as the University Director for Instructional Monitoring at Cebu Technological University, where she oversees the quality assurance of 252 academic programs. Guided by her mantra, “Education is the bridge between vision and impact,” Dr. Pantaleon continues to champion inclusive growth and research-driven solutions, making a lasting impact on Philippine education and beyond.
