Prior to that she was teaching at National Institute of Technology (NIT Delhi). Arti has also worked with Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) as Research Associate. Dr. Arti is an academician – an alumnus of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT Allahabad), Prayagraj. she has been teaching UG, PG and Doctoral students at since 2009. Her core area is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, wherein she focuses on Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Employee Retention, Environmental Sustainability, Strategic HRM; and Leadership. She has published various research papers in journals and coferences of repute.
