With a strong educational background, Dr. Ayler Beniah Ndraha earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Government (S.STP) and a Master of Science (M.Si) degree as well as a Doctor of Government Science (DIP), all of which were taken at the Institute of Domestic Government (IPDN) Jatinangor-Bandung. His experience working in government agencies such as Bappeda, BKPSDM, Kominfo, and Kesbangpol makes his expertise in government science provide a solid foundation for understanding organizational dynamics and governance in collaboration with empirical practices. His contribution to the Human Resource Management book can be seen through the chapter titled “Human Resource Planning.” In this section, the author brings an in-depth understanding of how to manage important aspects of HR planning, including workforce needs analysis, forecasting, and human resource development strategies. His emphasis on integration between theory and practice provides valuable guidance for readers in facing the complex challenges of human resource management. The author is currently active as a civil servant lecturer with a functional position of Lektor at Nias University. Although still relatively young, the author has also contributed to various seminars and scientific discussions both on a regional, national and even international scale sharing his valuable views on the dynamics of government and human resource management. His expertise and dedication in developing government science as well as his deep knowledge in human resource management make him an important figure in inspiring and guiding future generations in this field.
