Blessing F. Adeoye

Blessing F. Adeoye, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Science and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He obtained a Bachelor of Architecture in May 1990 at Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA; Master of Science (Technology Education) in June 1995 at Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois, and Doctor of Philosophy, Human Resource Education/Educational Technology at the University of Illinois in 2004. His areas of specialization and interests include integration of technology in the classroom, relationship between culture and technology, usability of e-learning system, and use of research to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. His most recent work has been in the area of educational technology, relationship between the use of technology and culture, e-learning, and using of social networking tools to support teaching and learning. He is an active member of numerous national and international organizations and has published extensively in both local and international journals.
