Chia-Wen Tsai

Chia-Wen Tsai is a Professor in the Department of Information Management, Ming Chuan University (Taiwan). Dr. Tsai is also an associate editor of the International Journal of Information Communication Technologies and Human Development and the International Journal of Innovation in the Digital Economy. He is interested in e-learning, knowledge management, electronic commerce, and service management. He has published his research in refereed journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction, Educational Technology and Society, the International Journal of Distance Education Technologies, and the International Journal of Information and Communications Technology Education.
