Debra Gavin Ware

Debra Gavin Ware obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois (1983). She completed her Master of Science degree in Non-Profit Management from Spertus College in Chicago, Illinois (2012). She completed her doctoral degree in Education specializing in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University in Chicago, Illinois (2016). She served as President of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Gavin Ware is an Adjunct Professor at Argosy University teaching undergraduate and doctoral students. She serves as a dissertation coach, committee member and mentor for several doctoral students. She is an active member of the Toast Master's International organization. Her research interests include areas such as adult bullying, aging advocacy, factors affecting Informal Caregivers and non-profit leadership.
