Eileen Shanahan

Eileen Shanahan is an Associate Professor in the College of Education at Northern Kentucky University. She began her career as an eighth-grade language arts teacher and middle school literacy coordinator in North Carolina. Her interests include writing and grammar instruction, discourse and teacher learning, and teaching English from a social justice perspective.
