Elaine da Silva

Elaine da Silva is a Post-Doctorate Research Fellow at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in the area of Information Science. She has a PhD in Information Science from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp) with a Sandwich Doctorate developed together with the Formación en la Sociedad del Conocimiento Doctorate Program from the Universidad de Salamanca (USAL) in Spain. She has a Master in Information Science from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp). She is a Specialist in Business Management (Univem) and Strategic Use of Information Technology (Unesp). She graduated in Librarianship (Unesp). She works mainly in the following themes: Knowledge Production; Information Management; Generation and Innovation Management, Public Innovation Policies and National Innovation Systems. She is a member of the research group Information, Knowledge and Organizational Intelligence, (Unesp/Marília). She has teaching experience in undergraduate, graduate, technical and elementary education. She has professional experience in library management and information management consulting. She worked as a substitute teacher in the Department of Information Science of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) in 2018 and 2019. She is currently a collaborating professor at the Department of Information Science of the State University of Londrina.
