Encarnacion Manresa-Marhuenda

Encarnación Manresa Marhuenda has been a full time Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Organization of the University of Alicante since 2001. She holds, besides her PhD in Business Organization, a Degree in Economics. Her main teaching areas are Strategic Management and Human Resource Management. Dr. Manresa has focused her research on the analysis of corporate strategy, focusing on the processes of outsourcing, subcontracting, and vertical integration. She combines the subject with the influence of such a strategy on human resources and technology. She has worked in projects with local councils through Research and Consultancy.
