Eric Ras

Eric Ras is a senior scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) in Kaiserslautern, Germany. He received the B.S. (Vordiplom) and the M.S. (Diplom) in computer science from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. His research interests are learning material production, vocational training methods, software patterns, and experience management. Eric Ras is scientific coordinator of the international distance learning program Software Engineering for Embedded Systems at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He organized and is PC member of different workshops and conferences in the domain of software engineering, e-learning, and knowledge management. Contact him at eric.ras@iese.fraunhofer.de.
