Ernesto Lopez-MelladoErnesto López-Mellado received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Cd. Madero, México, in 1977, the M.Sc. degree from the CINVESTAV, México City, México, in 1979, and the Docteur-Ingénieur degree in automation from the University of Toulouse, France, in 1986. Currently, he is Professor of Computer Sciences at CINVESTAV Unidad Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Mexico. His research interests include discrete event systems, and distributed intelligent systems.
