Essien Essien

Essien Essien holds a PhD in Social and Religious Ethics from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a Senior lecturer and a researcher in the University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria where he currently teaches Social ethics, Comparative Religious and Christian Ethics in the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies of the University. He writes and presents papers widely on issues of Governance and ethics, Ethics of political system, environmental ethics, Peace ethics, Social media and ethics, comparative religious ethics and development studies. He has authored three books, eight book chapters, and many journal articles in peer reviewed scholarly journals.
