Ethel Ndidiamaka Abe is an NRF-DST Innovations Researcher, a human development consultant. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and Entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Her research interests include Quality of Life, Work-Life Balance/Strategies, Next-gen Workforce, Innovation, STEM Education, Entrepreneurship, and Master/Strategic Planning.
