Faruk Ortes

Faruk OrtesFaruk Ortes is a PhD candidate in biomechanics at the Istanbul University, Mechanical Engineering Department under the advisement of Dr. Yunus Ziya ARSLAN. He received the B.S. degree from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2010 and the M.S. degree from Marmara University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2014. He also serves currently as a Research Assistant at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Istanbul University. His research work spans a variety of areas including musculoskeletal biomechanics,computational biomechanics, applied mechanics, finite element analysis, design and production of surgical instruments.
