Gokop Goteng

Dr. Goteng is a senior postdoctoral fellow in cloud computing at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia and holds a PhD in Grid Computing and MSc in Information Technology for Product Realization both from Cranfield University, UK. Dr. Goteng has another MSc in Computer Science and B. Tech (Hons.) in Computer Science both from the ATBU. He is an experienced HPC/Cloud implementer and an Oracle and Java Certified Professional. Dr. Goteng has several peer-reviewed papers including 3 book chapters. He was the maiden Award Winner of the UK Grid Computing Competition sponsored by Microsoft and Intel in 2006 with the project titled “Combating Global Terrorism with the World Wide Grid”.
