H. Tugba Ozturk

Hayriye Tugba Öztürk is a Lecturer at Ankara University in Turkey. She received her Ph. D. degree in Educational Research from the University of Lancaster, UK. She has been working on the field of Educational Technology throughout her academic career. More specifically, she is interested in methodologies in Educational Technology and networked learning. She has been involved in various projects and has published on topics including virtual communities, conflict in online learning groups and knowledge capital.
