Hala M. Labib Enaba

Professor Hala M. Labib Enaba is an associate Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. She gained her doctorate degree in Small Business Success in 1995. Her research interests include: E & M-marketing applications, and E- small Business and Entrepreneurship. She has published research articles in International Journal of Customer Relationship Marketing and Management and a number of Arabic journals in the areas of m-payment, e-mail survey, attitude toward computer, and women leadership. She has co-authored several researches in product strategy, quality in high education, and service crisis. She is the author of five books published in Arabic editions; two of them published by the League of Arab States. Since 1995 she has specialized in managerial training at many private and public Egyptian organizations and companies. She held the position of supplemental coordinator to the Dean of The College of Applied Studies & Community Service (CCS) at King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia Kingdom, from 2003-2005. Recently she coordinated a collaboration between Faculty of Commerce-Cairo University and Alto School of Economics-Finland.
