Hélio Hiroshi Suguimoto

Hélio Suguimoto is the Director of Graduate Studies at Cogna Educação and Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at University Pitágoras Unopar Anhanguera. He is a professor at the Biotechnology and Innovation in Health Graduate Program at the Anhanguera University of Sao Paulo and professor at the Sustainable Agribusiness Graduate Program at Anhanguera Uniderp University. He received his bachelor’s in Agronomy from Londrina State University in 1989. He has a master's degree (1993) and a doctorate (1998) in Food Sciences from the same institution. He worked actively in the field of dairy technology and he is currently developing research projects with bioactive compounds from microorganisms for use in food, human health and agriculture.
