Hyunkyung Lee

Hyunkyung Lee has been in the Human Resource Development field for the past 10 years. In her career of 10 years, she has worked with four companies, namely The MASIE Center, HYUNDAI Research Institute & Learning Center, Manager Society Inc., and MAEKYUNG Human Resource Institute. Her professional experiences in the workplace have focused on (1) analyzing the needs of organizations and designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating online and offline training programs; and (2) creating and managing competency development programs for staffs, managers, and executives. She also holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and her area of interests are instructional design, educational technology in learning and teaching, collaborative learning, and learning performance in organizations. As an educational technology expert and HRD professional, she is currently teaching undergraduate and graduate students at Yonsei University and conducting various research projects, such as instructional design and development of ICT training programs for K-12 teachers from developing countries and effects analysis on collaborative learning for improving pre-service teachers’ competencies.
