James G. WilliamsBorn 6/18/1939 in Johnstown, Pa. Went to Ligonier High School, got a BS degree from Clarion University in 1961, receiver a Master of Science degree from THe UNiversity of Pittsburgh in 1965 and a Phd from the University of Pittsburgh in 1972. Taught in an eelmentary school for 2 years, a high school for 3 years, a community college for 2 years and at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Information Science s for 33 years and retired in 2001.
