Jim A. McCleskey

Jim A. McCleskey is a Course Faculty Manager at Western Governors University and an Instructor for the Houston Community College System. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Leadership Studies and an MBA in Management and Marketing. His research areas of interest include leadership emergence, attachment, dark leadership, leadership efficacy, emotional labor, and affect in organizations. He is a native Texan who lives in the Houston area. He is a husband, a father of three sons, and a new grandfather. When he is not working, he enjoys reading and martial arts.
