Jim A. McCleskey

Jim A. McCleskey is a Senior Faculty Instructor at Western Governors University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Leadership Studies and an MBA in Management and Marketing. His research areas of interest include leadership emergence, attachment, dark leadership, leadership efficacy, emotional labor, and affect in organizations. He is a native Texan who lives in the Houston area. He is a husband, a father of three sons, and a grandfather. When he is not working, he enjoys reading and martial arts.
