K. S. S. KanhaiyaK. S. S. Kanhaiya (Orcid: 0000-0001-9117-1654) received his graduation degree in Electrical Engineering from Ranchi University, India in 1987. In 1988 he joined Steel Authority of India where he is Chief General Manager currently. He received MBA, LLB, MA (App. Psychology) and PhD (Management) degrees besides some diplomas from different universities. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Senior Member of Computer Society of India, and Member of Indian Science Congress Association and Indian Institute of Materials Management. He writes, presents and publishes on General Management, Leadership, Strategy, OB, HRD, Business Ethics, IT and ESG issues and has authored three books. He is Patron and Senior Advisor to the Governing Council of DESC, India and Vice President of their National Executive Council. He is a Govt. of India certified Independent Director for boards of companies.
