Kandarpa Kumar Sarma

Kandarpa Kumar Sarma , a Senior Member, IEEE (USA), received the M.Tech. in Signal Processing from IIT Guwahati, India, in 2005 and the Ph.D. in Mobile Communication from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, IIT Guwahati. India in 2012. He is currently with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Gauhati University, India, as a Professor and the Head. His research interests include software defined radio, cognitive radio, mobile communication, application of artificial intelligence, deep learning, speech processing, antenna design, computer vision and related domains. He is also a Fellow of IETE (India).
