Kathaleen Reid-Martinez

Dr. Kathaleen Reid-Martinez currently serves as Provost at Oral Roberts University. Since completing her doctoral degree, she has spent the last two decades in communication, leadership, and leadership education research as well as administration and teaching. She is a researcher, consultant, and advisor on innovative approaches in the use of experiential and virtual learning. Her research, presentations, and consultancy have spanned five continents as she has pursued a better understanding of leaders and their communication. Accomplishments include leading the team to develop the first interdisciplinary online leadership doctoral program. Internationally she’s noted for her capacity to lead multinational teams to bring democratic values into the best practices of leadership development in globally diverse settings.
