Liliana Ávila

Liliana ÁvilaLiliana Ávila has a Bachelor and Master degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Aveiro. Currently, she is PhD student and researcher assistant in the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism at the same university. She has presented and published her work in some conferences at the national level and in international publications. Her current research interests include information and workflow management, as well as the operations management and strategy of hybrid organizations.
