Lin Fan

Lin Fan, Ph.D in Applied Linguistics from Shandong University, Professor at the Research Institute of Foreign Languages, Beijing Foreign Studies University, China. From Oct 2009 to Apr 2010, she was a visiting scholar at University of Arizona. Her research has been published in journals such as Frontiers in Psychology, Emotion and Cognition, Digital Scholarships in the Humanities, Cogent Psychology, Foreign Language Teaching and Research, Cotemporary Linguistics, Modern Foreign Languages and Foreign Language World. Her main fields of interest comprise SLA, psycholinguistics, applied linguistics, and English Education. Currently, she mainly investigates the cognitive process underlying bilingual code-switching and bilingual word generation, inferential processing during discourse reading and the neural correlates of L1 and L2 emotional words with Stroop paradigm.
