Maria Anna D. Cruz is an assistant professor and the concurrent Director of the Don Honorio Ventura State University - City of San Fernando Campus. Her research interests mostly pertain to tourism, hospitality, business management and tertiary education. With the advent of technology, particularly AI, her interests have delved into how technology and creativity can further enhance business and education.
