Marjan Čeh

Marjan Ceh is currently working at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. He has been involved in the analyses of semantic enrichment of spatial databases last ten years due to his interests in the field of GIS, land management and real estate mass valuation modeling. In 2003 he published a book “Semantic interoperability of spatial data bases” in Slovenian language, at the ZRC Publishing of Slovenian Academy of Science. He described an ontology of geographic space, hierarchic model which represents a context framework of geographic space and several semantic measures, aimed to apply semantic enrichment of spatial databases in natural language.
