Matthew W. GosneyDr. Matthew W. Gosney is the Vice-President of Organizational Development for UCHealth, a large multi-site academic healthcare system headquartered in Aurora, CO USA. In this role, he provides executive leadership for leadership and organizational development, talent and succession planning, learning systems, performance management, and HR analytics. Dr. Gosney is also an active writer, serving as the lead author of 'The History of Human Resource Development: Understanding the Unexplored Philosophies, Theories, and Methodologies' as well as co-editor and contributing author of 'Bridging the Scholar-Practitioner Gap in Human Resource Development.' He holds a Doctor of Education degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from Brigham Young University (UT) and the University of Central Oklahoma, respectively.
