Mehmet Zahid Sobaci

Mehmet Zahid Sobaci is an Assistant Professor of Department of Public Administration at Uludag University. He received his PhD in Public Administration from Uludag University. His research interests are administrative reform, e-government, e-participation, policy transfer, governence, and new public management. He teaches courses on Public Administration, Local Governments, Public Personnel Management, and Administrative Reform. He is the author of Administrative Reform and Policy Transfer: The Diffusion of the New Public Management (in Turkish) and Public Administration in Theory and Practice (in Turkish). He is also the author of several articles and chapters published in national and international journals, books, and international conferences.
