Michael K. Cundall Jr.

Michael K. Cundall, Jr. Ph.D., Associate Professor of Philosophy. He has been researching humor for nearly two decades and published on topics ranging from the cognition of humor, racist and ethnic humor, and humor in the workplace. His company, Mirth Management (www.mirthmanagement.co) works with organizations to improve morale, engagement, using humor to empower people to be more creative and engaged in their work. When not teaching or doing research, he can be found woodworking, or doing some less than ready for primetime comedy routines.
