Mitsunori Makino

Mitsunori Makino received Dr. Eng. from Waseda University, Japan, in 1992. He has been a faculty member of Faculty of Science and Engineering, Chuo University, Japan, since 1992. He has actively been promoting research and education in computer science and engineering, namely in computer graphics (CG), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR) and security issues. Applying CG technology into security issue, he got a patent on evaluation of visibility in 2010, while he published many reviewed journal papers, conference papers in CG, VR, AR, MR and security. He has been involved in the Integrated Special Scheme for Information Security Specialist cultivation, which is an education program for master course, cooperated by Chuo University and Institute of Information Security, from 2007. Also he has been involved in the accreditation for engineering education. He is a chair of the criteria committee, Japan Accreditation Board for Engineering Education (JABEE).
