Mudasir Khazer RatherMr. Mudasir Khazer Rather is Research Scholar in the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kashmir, India. He is pursuing Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Library and Information Science and has qualified National Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET). His research interests include information seeking behavior, Digital Libraries, Information sources, Deep web tools and Health Information Systems. He has attended and presented papers in various National and International conferences including ICDL-2013. He has authored many papers in national as well as international journals and has worked as a Contractual Lecturer in the department of Library and Information Science, University of Kashmir.
