Muhammad Roman

Muhammad Roman is Assistant Professor and Head of Sociology Department in University of Jhang. He did his PhD in Rural Sociology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. His area of research is transforming dynamics of family with the invasion of technology and modernization. During his doctoral studies, he presented his work in various public and private sector universities and national forums. He also served as faculty member in renowned universities (UAF, GCUF and MUL) and HEIs. He has number of research publications in various national and international journals on vibrant social issues. He has also evaluated a number of M.Phil and Doctoral research projects as an external evaluator from the forum of University of Jhang. His Master of Philosophy is in Sociology with particular focus on social safety nets and their implications for the people. During his MPhil studies, he got some professional diplomas as well in the fields of Journalism, advertising, and public relationing. He also worked in different projects of development sector i.e. BISP-NSER and Rural Development Organization in Faisalabad.
