Neetha Mary Avanesh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, Christ University, Bengaluru, India. She had done her MBA from Bangalore University; PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune; Personnel Management from Arizona, US; cleared UGC NET, MPhil and PhD in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She is a vivid learner, having 21 years’ experience in teaching, training and research, primarily in the field of Human Resource Management. She has presented over 25 papers at both national and international forums, chaired 4 HR technical sessions in international conferences, published 23 research articles, 4 case studies including those with Emerald and Ivey Publishing, 6 book chapters and has co-authored a book on Research Methodology. She has 5 Best Paper Awards to her credit. Her research interests include Succession Planning, Psychological Contract, Workplace Spirituality, Employee Wellbeing, Blockchain, Virtual Reality and Social Entrepreneurship.
