Noriko Kurata

Noriko Kurata is an assistant professor at Department of Business Administration and Information, Tokyo University of Science-Suwa, Japan. She received her B.A. in laws, M.A. and Ph.D. in policy studies at Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan. She worked as a civil officer for the past fifteen years, mostly engaged in the legal affairs related to the management of the local government. She is interested in the interdisciplinary ICT policy studies in terms of solving current problems in the local administration. She has written articles on local governments and health management.
